Hello,
So far I read, wordpress offers multiple RSS feed types. I believe all of them are under/feed. In the theme options, under Social networks > RSS what should I enter? Only /feed ? or domain.com/feed ?
Moreover, I read a lot about deleting enclosure in RSS feed. What does this do, more exactly and why are people talking so much about it?

Good to check the WordPress Codex (docs) on WordPress.org on how WordPress works.
But yes, you would put your full site home page URL followed by /feed/
