tagDiv Social Counter – Facebook count not working

Hello,
I followed all the steps in the documentation for setting up the Social Counter in the Widget Area, but the Facebook counter is not working, it’s always showing 0.
The Newspaper theme is up to date, the plugin is up to date.
What is wrong?
