Hello. Mobile version on iPhone 7, iPad 3 and on quite number of other phones not working, the desktop version is shown. What’s wrong with the plugin and how can we fix it?

I have inspected your website and I noticed that you do not have the mobile theme enabled, right? Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:

Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

Hello. We’ll investigate the WP Super Cache problem, thank you for the heads up.
But there is also one thing: on some devices the mobile version does work. E.g. my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Chrome), iPhone 5 (Safari). Any ideas why it’s so partial in terms of working? Maybe we missed some settings in the admin panel? Please guide us.

Do you have made this fix? Please notice that problem appears randomly and first of all, you should make this fix and then you have to make some tests and see how it works.
