Facebook counter plugin doesn't count

Hi there,

If you check our site http://www.melicamacho.com while all social networks work fine, FB doesn’t count and stays at 0. Social counter plugin is located top right in our website.

I’ve created other Facebook App, I’ve cleared caches, etc. but still doesn’t work.

Could you help me please?

I have inspected your site and the social counter seems to be working properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/Y2E8MJp1CT64 Please note there could be some delay in the data synchronization for the social counter, but it should work as expected if it is configured right – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/

I resolved the issue using FB ID (numerical) instead of URL.
