My home page has disappeared, just a white screen with scrolling. But other pages are exist and work. Help me, please

It’s on local server, all of a sudden i got a white screen, after i disactivated tagDiv speed booster, i only partly got my home page back, but without any posts and with this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare td_comment() (previously declared in Z:\home\localhost\www\themost\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\comments.php:84) in Z:\home\localhost\www\themost\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\comments.php on line 141

If you use any plugins other that the ones theme requires please deactivate them all and try again, it might be a plugin conflict.
If that dose not solve the issue please reupload the theme again, or delete the theme and install it again.
Everything should work!
