Does anyone know how to make big grid on home who slide posts, like on Newspaper theme?

Unfortunately, the Newsmag do not have this type of Big Grid implemented, sorry! If you want to have this, you should create it to the code, editing the theme core files. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
