It's possible transport inline CSS generated by Newsmag to the main CSS?

I noticed that when we modified aspects like Fonts and Colors of the theme, this create an Inline CSS code, increasing the size of the HTML, and forcing browsers to increase it’s render cycles. It’s not possible to stop doing that and change the way the mods are embedded?, I mean-> transporting this Inline CSS generated by Newsmag to the Main CSS.

Would still be loaded as part of the page in the main style.css – overall size would be similar.

20kb of data inline would still be 20kb of data in the main style.css.
