Blocks with most popular posts last 7 days not working after WordPress Update

Dear tagdiv,

Thank you very much for taking your time to read this. I am writing with regards to a recent problem encountered when our website updated to the recent WordPress 4.7.3.

The block setting with most popular posts (7 day sorting from theme panel) was working fine for a long time until recently when we updated the website to 4.7.3. Normally on the right sidebar it will display 3 articles in block 10 format filtered by the category we selected.

Now, after the update it does this. The area below the 1st sidebar widget on the right now shows nothing.

I am not sure if it is a configuration error of some sort or incompatibility with the new WordPress version. Do let me know.

Dear tagdiv,

We have discovered the issue was due to a setting we turned off regarding post views, and it has been resolved. Do apologise for this creating a ticket for this.
