I want to set up the menu drop exactly as the ‘Travel’ in the demo. In docs it shows. ‘Mega menu from Pages’ just add the page ids. How do I get the columns and add the banner?
Is there more documentation on this?

If you want to make your mega menu items to be similar to the ‘Travel’ menu example, I suppose, right? If you want to do that please consult the topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mega-menu-with-grid-columns/ because there you will see all the steps which are needed to take in this regard for achieving this layout.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of all steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

you’re joking!? I bought the theme based on the demo. You’re saying the demo can’t be created without customization at a developer level.
Why do you have elements in you demo which are not a part of the theme?

I am sorry that you are unhappy in this regard! Please notice that creating this type of menu in the mega menu has not been included in our demo style because we watched not to include many settings here to avoid the confusions. As you can see in the above useful tutorial, this type of menu is not more complicated to create. You simply have to make a page with a single image at the top, and below this, you should create 3 columns where you should include the WP Custom Menu Element from Visual Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VervgVxel and the result you should see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7ZIMdPt4JN I created for you a layout which has to have your custom page which has to be loaded on your mega menu. The code of it can be seen here -> http://pastebin.com/sbcbCCZG This is just an example. You should follow the steps which are presented above and create your own custom menu.

Why have you included it in your theme demo then? If it’s not in the theme it shouldn’t be in the demo.
Or have a disclaimer saying some elements used in this demo require developer customisation.
False advertising.
It is an inconvenience and it’s going to cost me money, which is why I gave you a bad rating (first ever bad rating I’ve given).
I don’t want a refund, the client ok’ed the theme and we’ve spent hours setting it up. We’ve now got to spend hours creating the menu the clients wants, that they saw in your demo.

This was so easy, why are they not in the docs? It would have saved all the problems, I could have seen how to do it in the beginning.
