I’m trying to change from colormag theme to newsmag theme. until now everything works fine. only the mega menu options in the single menu items options are not shown. so I can’t activate the mega menu.
do I need to activate something first to get this options ready?

Please keep in mind that the mega menu feature come bundled with the entire theme and you must not activate anything to activate this functionality. First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme core packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I’m using version 3.3.1 of the theme. visual composter in version 5.0.1
I removed all not used plugins. There are no warnings or conflicts or something like that.
It’s pretty strange, for another project your theme is working fine!

Try to make a new clean install via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
