getting this error

Hello,

I am currently getting this error: I have disabled all plugins, and cleared cache etc… still getting this error.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in E:\web\public_html\lfcshared16564\wp\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 2212

Hello,

This issue seems to be caching related so please make sure you clear all cache including caching transients (https://codex.wordpress.org/Transients_API)
Please make sure you use only php version 7.0 as our theme is not yet compatible with php 7.1
Also please contact your host and have them remove any hosting side cache.
If the issue is not fixed, please try to please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
