Hi,

I’ve purchased the newsmag theme but it doesn’t seem to be installed for mobile devices.

Has anyone any advice for how to install the theme on mobile as it’s pretty frustrating to pay all that money and only see it work on desktop.

Hello,

Our theme is fully responsive and will display properly on ANY device. Please test our official demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag
On your end it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
