This is a very popular social network in many countries.

Unfortuantely it cannot be added to the social counter. The social counter requires special implementation that not all networks have. You can add it as a social sharing button on posts settings though as this example explains: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-a-vk-sharing-button-on-your-posts/

Не думаю, что разработчики будут добавлять сюда поля, которые отсутствуют в оригинальном профиле пользователя стандартной версии ВордПресс.
Вот, если со временем поле Одноклассников появится в админке ВордПресса (как это случилось не так давно с ВКонтакте), тогда, наверное, и разработчики внесут его в список Social Networking Темы.
Не вижу проблем для разработчиков, кроме связанных с семейством icon-googleplus, там просто может не оказаться нужного символа.
