1. Newspaper Join/Sign-in feature at top-bar menu does not have nice interface. I am now using Userpro plugin.
I want to Switch off the Join/Sign-in button from the theme option so that I only have that of Userpro.
But here comes the problem, Userpro does not have the automatic change over logout button when a user sign-in.
Question: How do I use Newspaper Join/sign-in button at the top-bar, but when click on it, it should redirect the user to Userpro Login page?

Unfortunately the theme has no setting for this. If you want to redirect the login link, you should use a 301 redirect. Here is an example of how 301 redirect are made: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
We can not make any recommendations for these kind of plugins. You can search here on the forum and see what other users are using in this matter. Or search online for plugins like this, look at reviews and choose what you think it’s best for your project.

As you know, when you click on your theme “Singin/Join”, what you get is a popup box without displaying the url. How do I get the url address, in order to use it as my source address for the 301 redirect?

The link should be your website name and wp-login.php added after the name. You could also make a redirect in the theme files – https://www.screencast.com/t/H395ztCypchx and change the login link to the address you like. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/login-redirect/
