Shortcodes and Visual Editor doesn't show

Hi, I have version 4.0.2 of the Newspaper theme installed, and when adding a new entry post, the tagdiv shortcodes don’t show. I’ve tried to turn off all plug inns to see if there is any problem with any of them, but still it doesn’t show.

Also, the Visual Editor doesn’t show, and I tried the same with the plug inns, but no change!

Any help on this two issues?

Regarding the Visual Composer issue, you can enable it from Visual Composer Settings in WordPress Dashboard like this: http://screencast.com/t/o3w3IAYnijk

I have the same problem with Shortcodes, no buttons are displayed

Hi,

Seems like you have an Visual Composer issue, try deactivating all plugins enabling only Visual Composer and see if it’s working if it doesn’t work please follow this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ and update Visual Composer.
Also i have tested the VC button element and works fine for me http://screencast.com/t/lcErvhyA0h
Try updating your theme to the latest version (4.0.2) if nothing doesn’t help.
