Theme Name

Hi, Is there a way to change or hide the theme name from the source code. I have competitors and would like to hide how I’ve updated the site. It’s currently very easy to find in the code. Below is how it shows on my site.

Thanks, If I change the name in this file, will it break or mess up the functioning of the theme?

You can simply remove the code and it will not affect the theme.

Hi, I removed the code from the correct functions.php file and it still shows on the front end. Please help.

Please clear all caching after you delete the code as it will not show up once the cde is removed.
Hosts can provide a hosting side cache as well so please make sure you clear that as well.
