I having big troubles with the users of my website, especially those who are trying to get my webiste with their android devices. Every time they try to open a post from my website they get a fullscreen colored image that do not let them view the content of my web. I assume that image comes from the mobile menu because it has the same colors that the menu. I am looking a way to solve this because i am losing a lot of users because of this. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS? CAN I DELETE DE MOBILE HEADER WITH THE MENU? CAN I ADD OTHER KIND OF PLUGIN AND DELETE DE NEWSMAG HEADER? I would prefer you guys to solve this problem and work with the things that i already paid for. Thanks in advaced
SCREENSHOT
Hi,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello dhincapie,
I have inspected your website for many other mobile devices and the mobile main menu seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5hdplQgw6p Try to clear all the caches from your mobile or try check it for other mobile and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello dhincapie,
I have tested again your website for two different mobile devices on android and I did not saw any problem with the main menu, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IpgD8OJtW What kind of browser is used by your customers? Please keep in mind that the theme is fully tested with these browsers -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ngcxMpD55YOz If your users use some default browsers of their’s mobile phone, it is possible that the theme does not work as expected and that why you receive bad reports. Use the theme only on tested browsers if you want to bring best results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello dhincapie,
Unfortunately, this is not possible because the theme has not been designed to be used for all browsers versions. We have a list with most rated and used browsers and you need to run the theme on one of them, I am so sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
I am not asking you to do it, i am asking you to give me an advice of how can i fix that! it seems like a lot of users are having this same issue an Tagdiv is just avoiding them and “Washing their hands” with this.
