There is an option for it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jcFvwJ5Co You can change the title block from there.

Could you be so kind to give a detail step by step on how to get to this “Trending Now”area. I could not locate it.

Also, How can I also change the custom “title” background color
from black to red for block 3.

How can I also change “the Trending Now” background color from black to red.

Hi,

You can change the translation for that element in Theme panel->Translations –

There you can change the text to what you want.
Each of the blocks in the page structure can be edited in the edit page screen, in Visual composer
