You can get a refund for the additional support through Envato/Themeforest.
As it happens, I downloaded the latest version from elsewhere, as I needed to update. If you Google “Newspaper 7.8 download” you’ll find it

The theme is back guys, it was a minor technical glitch but it took a bit of time before the envato team could get it fixed again.

But the latest version is not available, in the change log it says updated 21/03/17 but I had notification of a new update 04/04/17 The new version is not there. When can we download the latest version?

That is a faulty email from envato as it will notify an update is available even if we simply access the theme presentation page and hit the save button. Even though there is no theme update available. It is an envato error nothing more.
