Hello,
we are experiencing some eventon visualization problem due to Newspaper update.
We updated a project to 7.8 and all aorund the site where the Eventon shortcode is palced in text module in Visual Composer, the visualization shows some problems.
No problems are showed on normal page or post.
Now we have also another older develop ambient with this site, running Newspaper 7.5 and the plugin is working fine in VC.
We wouldn’t like to downgrade the theme, so what can you suggest us?
Is there any fix you can suggest?

Please provide a link to your website pointing to this problem, so we can inspect it and try to give you a solution if possible. But please note that this plugin was not tested with the theme and compatibility problems can happen.

our “production” site is now working on 7.5 Newaspaper so we prefer to upgrade the “old” devel site to 7.8 and give you an administrator credential to look over there.
At the same time we would ask you if you can take a look to the “production site” as well because we changed some normal options like default color and font and often when you visit the url it firstly shows the default value (like azure color or the default font) then it blinks to ours (green color and defined font).
We would like to understand why it cannot show directly our defined options.
Those two sites are in maintenance mode and if you give me a private mail (this topic is public) we will send you both the sites URL and a single admin credential which will works on both.

That could be the case with the font issue depending on how you modified the font properties. This should be made through the available font settings in theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

Please note that compatibility issue can happen between any theme and a plugin, so we will try to provide a solution for the issue with the eventon plugin but we can not make any guarantees.

Actually I am using Newspaper on other two sites from another account so I already used customification from the panel.
So we did on this site for both fonts and colours. That’s why I cannot understand why it make this “flash”.
We are aware that you don’t assure compatibility, but it’s really strage and you could probably find a simple solution.
Anyway I’ll write you immediatly.
