If you want to have these “sub-menus” you should simply add to your parent category some sub-categories and you will bring this result -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DAaRRlko57c.

Notice that the theme has single one menu available for the entire theme and there is no such an option that allows you to add more than one menu at the theme, sorry! In your example, image, you have the main menu items and in the second line are the sub-categories from your Category page, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EPevLHD9D
