I have the newspaper theme installed with Visual Composer and when I go to set up the sidebars to assign in the site there are no sidebar options in the widgets page. I see some of the basic wordpress widgets to drag and drop, but there are no sidebar set up options. Wondering if this could be a conflict with one of the plugins?
Is there a known conflict with any plugins regarding this?
Right now I can not set any sidebars up.

Maybe a plugin could be causing this weird issue, you can try to disable all of them except Visual composer, clear any caching installed then check to see if the problem is still there. Also check any customization that might have been made to the theme files directly, or through a child theme. Try to think when was the first time this has happened and possibly identify the cause. Please let us know how it goes.
