I have installed and connected jetpack plugin with WordPress.com. But I couldn’t see the jetpack widgets in the “widgets” area.
could you please assist me to get those widgets?

Notice that the Jetpack is a very complex plugin which basically contains many plugins/modules in the core packet and not all of these were tested with our theme (like photon modules), sorry! Try to avoid this plugin because it seems to be a problematic one.

I always minimise the use of plugins. However I couldn’t find the “Subscribe us” feature in the Newmag theme. In the future, will you add “Subscribe us” feature?

Note that to use a ‘subscribe us’ plugin, there has to be mechanism to actually SEND out the notices to people who subscribe; this can be tricky due to fact many servers don’t allow emails to be sent in bulk via WP/php and need an SMTP plugin to work (common with ecommerce also).
The most common solutions with WordPress tend to be
a) Feedburner (Google)
b) Mailchimp
c) others …
