Showing a block without custom excerpt

Hi,

I generally use custom excerpt in every post for my site, but I want that only a specific block displays first opening words of a post. I can do it?

You can set excerpts to each module individually in our theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/Av8qlmOFN8
Modules are the base element. A block is made out of 1 or m,ore modules. In order to see which module is used on which block, please check this list: https://www.screencast.com/t/MRGMFVJduDYh

I don’t want to remove excerpts. I use custom excerpt for every block, but I want to use a number of words/letters in a specific block’s excerpt. Can I try with custom css?

Hello deambris,

If you want to do this, notice that you can only control the excerpt for each post which will be displayed in your block from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ufbysNk0 and then, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LsRNqdGYpBH If you want to display more levels in our theme you should edit the get_excerpt function. It is not a simple task and if you aren’t aware of the steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
