Hi, since the update, my pop up categories on the main menu ( mega menu) have stopped working.

any advice?

Hello cloin1,

Please try to re-download the Newsmag 3.4 packet version and re-install it at your website and check the results. Also, you should check the system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hi, sorry for the delay.. I’ve not been able to get the Mega Menu to work at all.. Ive tried everything from removing plugins to re installing.

Any suggestions?

Hello cloin1,

You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. The best way, in this case, is to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Notice that Mega Menu should works as expected with the theme and also, you can see this in our demo, like this -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/

It’s OK. I rolled back an update and just imported my recent posts and images and it’s working again. Must of been a conflict with CSS Minify.. All OK now!
