Please clear all your caches and check again.
If it still doesn’t work please deactivate all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear your caches and see how it goes. If it works when you are logged in, I suspect it is a caching issue.

I found the cause of the problem, although I do not understand why this is the case
if the tag in the link starts with a lowercase, then the link does not work:
http://www.francuskie.com/tag/citroen
All you have to do is change the letter so that everything works as it should:
http://www.francuskie.com/tag/Citroen
Question – is it a theme theme or maybe WordPress itself?

Please verify it without any plugins active except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and disable any css/js minification.

Also note you can’t have tag, category, page with same ‘name’ when using pretty permalinks
This is most common error.

however, you need to update theme or remove the login/pass code due to the mixed content message (http / https login message error in Chrome)
And, the error most likely caused by your Cloudflare setting, where the page style sheet not loading fully and menu breaking.
