We do not have any problems in this regard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KEPYdl6W8, sorry! Do you receive this in your console? Most likely, this might happen due to your untested plugins used by you. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
