1. Can you help me how to set different colors for block module on home page. I was created one row full width and now i want to set for example red color, but text inside this block i need to set with white color.
2. How to make full width drop down menu, and inside of them i want to put 3 rows with submenu?

2. For the menu I do not understand where you want to create it. For pages you can use any of the elements available in Visual composer to add to your page structure.
You could use the collapsible content panels element if I am guessing this corectly
