As far as I know Woocommerce decided in update 3.0 to remove the default option to display the lightbox feature

Here you can find all the changes that this update of Woocommerce provided

This option was previously available for the products. I believe this was decided by the plugin developers. You can try the method provided in this topic by the developers to add support for the lightbox

Try adding the code mentioned in the link provided, the one for the lightbox or for the other features, in the theme functions.php file like this

Please note that the theme does not influence or interfere with the plugin in this matter, it all depends on it’s settings and options, and what the developers choose to remove or add as features.

@angellkarina You just have to enter the code as instructed in the topic provided above. Please follow the example and enter the code in the theme functions.php file, by using a text editor. Try clearing any caching installed if after entering the code, the feature is not working as intended.

I have tested this solution and it seems to work properly. Maybe you have other conflicting plugins that could be causing this. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme and your Woocommerce plugin, clear the cache again then check if it is working properly. The theme does not interfere with this function, so there must be other factors that are influencing it. Plugins or custom code are likely to blame.

Кстати, как вы думаете избавлятся от разрыва (большой перенос появился между строками) в заголовках-названии товара в списке товаров? У меня такая же проблема.
Плюс в похожих товарах появилась плашка-подсветка под заголовком товаров – тоже не смог побороть.
