Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi, I have deactivated all plugins except visual composer. The desktop works for me, but still getting issues with the mobile version not working. I have also cleared the hosting cache and there is no custom code.
Could you check to see if you can see the desktop version now and check to see if you are having the same problem with the mobile version?

I was able to inspect your site now but could not see any issue with the desktop or mobile versions. Please provide a screenshot or an example of what is not working properly as it seems to work fine now.
