You can create a Custom Sidebar which will be applied in Widgets section from Categories for example, in Theme panel section, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EDEx2aYUnRKA If you want to add some options and functionality, notice that you can create them yourself through the code because this is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Anyway…
Solutions:
1. http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-custom-post-types-in-wordpress/
2. Then from template copy any loop-singe-NUMBER.php (for blank pages)
3. Rename loop-single-NUMBER.php to singe_NAMEPOST.php
4. Profit
Ps: Will I get help on this topic, changes from the code template or just point and click solution?
