I’m using the “stretch row and content (no paddings)” setting on my home page. I’d also like the “Latest Articles” section below the Homepage content to use the full width of the page. How can I adjust this setting?

Unfortunately, this section cannot be displayed in full-width, sorry! The Stretch row is available only for Block (Big Grid 3 fullwidth for example) which can be added from Visual Composer. Please keep in mind that our theme does not have full-width and the content will not be displayed in full-width, sorry!

Is it possible to center these boxes, for example could I center Block 13 in a column of a “stretch row and content” row? Right now it aligns left .
Similarly — using a 3-column layout, I can change the column widths to get
[1/4 1/2 1/4]
But when I put a block in the center column, it still renders for 1-col width. Is there a code change I can do to allow the center block to fill the full space?
