Hi,
Is possible to make author visible as optional. For example, if Journalist choose to show ther name on post or not.
And how can i change this | to – on top title of page (Newspaper | newspaper.com, to Newspaper – newspaper.com)

Hi,
The author can only be disabled in general for pages or posts using the options in the theme panel. There is no option for the author of the post to choose and disable the author name. Maybe you can find a plugin that can give the authors that possibility, but I could not make any recommendations.
If you are referring to the website title, you can use the setting from the SEO plugin and change the separator to a different one from the available options – https://kb.yoast.com/kb/title-separator/
