Hello Regina,

This is the post template style 6 and the background image is the featured image which can be easily added from post editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LYKpu77D6wR This style of this post template will take the featured image which you have setup for your post and this will be displayed in full width like as in your example website.
