Hi,
If you want to modify the Signin/Join functionality in the mobile menu of the mobile theme, you can make your modifications in this file where the links are defined

Or maybe you want to add a link in the login section, you could do it by inserting it like this for example

The link will appear in the login section – https://www.screencast.com/t/lqhJVtdcCb
You could wrap it in a div if you want and style it further. Please correct me if I misunderstand what you wanted.
