Custom Ads Not Displaying

I tested custom ads on a test page, but only custon_ad_4 displays.
All ads contain the same HTML code, but only 1 of them displays.
I have checked the settings of the ads and all are the same.

Is there anything I can do to rectify this?

Hi,

Please provide more details about this, I have made a test using all the custom ads available and everything is working properly. All the custom ads display the code added in their respective field

Dear,
I have the same problem.

According to photo 1, when I use the Adspot “sidebar” the ad is shown > https://prnt.sc/lno91h

When I change the Adspot to “custon_ad_1” the ad is not shown. Photo 2 > https://prnt.sc/lnob6x

I have read and reread all the documentation and settings, but I do not see where the problem is.

Would you help me ?
