Codes Showing & Demo not matching Newspaper 7

This is what my install looks like, notice codes exposed & not getting the 4 blocks at top as in demo

Hello VictoryPathways,

There are the shortcodes which come from your Visual Composer. You should activate it in order to bring best theme results from panel settings, plugins section.
