Mobile Menu Not Working

The navigation menu is not working on the iPhone. I don’t have android so I can’t test it. I’m using v3.9.2.

How long will this take to fix? A large portion of my audience comes from mobile.

I haven’t updated to v4.0 due to all of the problems.

The owners don’t work on weekend,they will answer you on monday…

I don’t think it’s the theme,because my site menu work with out issues on my anroid and iphone..it could be a plugin are some other issue on ur end that making urs not too work…

Thanks for the reply. It was working a few days ago and I haven’t added anything new to my site, only updates. Jetpack was the only one I can think of.

Note lots of technical issues with Jetpack, which is why I personally don’t use it, including major security issues including this past April.

Also, there will be no “fixes” to 3.9.2 — all fixes are rolled into 4.0x.

Thanks for the info. I’ve updated to v4.1 Newspaper and disabled Jetpack and the mobile menu still doesn’t work. I also tried the menu on an android phone and it doesn’t work.

Try enabling the top menu. I had similar problem and found it worked when I enabled it.

How to enable Top Menu
