How to hide video embed code from excerpts

I am embeding youtube, dailymotion and facebook videos. The embed code is being displayed in exerpts which I dont want to.

Hi,

Unfortunately the excerpt will grab the post info and if your post starts with an embedded video it will display in the excerpt. You can use a custom excerpt for the post, to better control what is displayed

I found the error. Always write code in the text window of editor. When we write in the visual window it doesn’t work and it appears in excerpt.
