Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! What kind of text do you want to appear in the Breadcrumbs? As you can see in our documentation, the Breadcrumbs feature to contain the full post title. This is the default theme behavior.

It seems to be a strange issue on your side. I have tested on my side and the problem does not appear. I saw that you are using some untested plugins, like Jetpack modules which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results.
