I know this is probably a dumb question and Im having a brain fart.
I want a section on the main page titled as Business Spotlight. Do I need to create a category, page, post page or what and then how do I have only that post show up in that section and on the business spotlight page.

You should create a post page which then, this post add to your menu bar from the Menus section, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZKBtP8R1jhu I think that’s what you want to get. If is not, please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Not really. I guess I can add that to to the menu. Once I have that done. How will I then just have the most recent of that particular category show up in the section on the main page.
So If you have sections on the home page that are:
Sports
Business Spotlight
City Highlights
etc etc etc
I assume each of these should be set up as Categories first. Then when you create a post you select that category for that article. Then that article will show on only the category post/page for that type of category?
Then how do I make that categeory show the most recent article in the designated section of the home page?
Solved I figured this out.Just used a block and allowed only the newest post to show and selected the category using thee filter option. Very nice.
