Social Counter

I “believe” I followed the instruction on setting social counter for a one of my FB pages.
Questions:
1. Can a social counter be set-up for a FB page?
2. I created an app and pasted both the the Id and security key and got the access token.
3. The FB logo does display in the sidebar widget and connects but this page has 950 Follow.
4. Shouldn’t the social counter display 950?
5. How do I know it was set-up properly?
6. Why does the widget keep “spinning” when I save? Is this normal?

Hello,

If the icon keeps spinning and does not save the settings, that is not normal at all. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate the social counter.
I though we already resolved the counter issue from this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-40/

Just sent it.
I thought it had been resolved too but something is not right. It keeps spinning and I have not had a single follower added thru the site. ????
