TD Composer can't save the work, theme panel changes colour. Bug.

Hi Support,

All of the sudden, I can’t click save or close the page of the TD composer as shown here

And my theme panel suddenly turns grey colour instead of black, http://prntscr.com/fdrn01

what is the problem?

Hello ansontys,

Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way and also, the system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the problem is still there, please send us an email, so we can make some inspections at your backend.

Unfortunately Alin kept giving me 0 solution. I need a solution here. I already set the parameters and according to what you all suggest, same problem. Help

I have checked our emails and I saw that Alin gave you the right solution in this regard, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/e4PpIhl3yNK Your untested plugins interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of problems. You have to disable them.
