Good Morning,

I went in today, to move down our in article ad to a different paragraph and I am no longer seeing the paragraph option in the settings, or the placement option.

Please advise.

Most likely something happened when you updated the theme if you did. A theme reinstall like described should fix the issue. Be sure to make a backup before just to be safe. Please let us know how it goes.
