If the counter shows 0 try clearing any caching installed on your website, or hosting provided cache. The data should refresh and display the correct value.

If you are using the latest social counter plugin version provided in the latest theme package, there should be no problem in receiving the token. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Leave the social counter configured with your data. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
