tagDiv Composer – Loading Problem

Hi guys,
I setup a new WordPress installation and was very looking forward to test the new tagDiv Composer. I created a new site and opened tagDiv Composer. After dropping any element from sidebar into content field – I’m having a nonstopping loading ring – every time.

Please help.

Hello ArthiSpooner,

Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Increase the PHP memory…it is possible this memory to be exhausted and that’s why you cannot make anything.
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear the caches and check the results.

Hi Catalin,
thanks for your fast answer. We set the PHP Memory up to 256 MB but it’s still not working. Additional we tried many other things, no success. We have to use VC now.

Hi,

If all the parameters are according to the recommended values and it is a fresh install, with no other plugins active just to be sure, it should work properly. There should be no problem in using the tagDiv composer properly.
