Good afternoon. And I use header-style-1 and I want to reduce its height. For this I want to remove indents from the bottom and from above, but I can not find the file in which the indents are spelled out. Tell me how to do it?

Please provide more details or a useful screenshot describing what exactly you would like to modify about the header. Then I will be able to provide a more accurate answer.
You could use the browser inspector to create custom code that you can use in the theme panel
