After adding an image into a text editor, this should appear when you click to the image:
which is editing frame and a pop-up menu allowing you to change the position of the image, etc.
But lately I cannot see it.
I click to to an image, nothing changes. I have to find the edge of the image with cursor, highlight the image and then do what I need to do.
How can I fix it?

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
