I haven’t been able to link my social media channels to my website so that people can click and follow us.
Also when I share Link on Twitter, It goes as a broken (via) link, not my Twitter account link.

Did you try the ‘social media’ panel in the theme panel?
Did you add social links to the ‘user’ who is writing posts, per author?
Did you see the theme docs (link top of page) for how to use ‘social counter’ if that is what you were asking about?
(I don’t work here; just food for thought!)
