Hello,
Is there a way to show footer style 3 on desktop and footer style 4 to all users on mobile? (Not using the mobile theme)

Hi,
The page is loaded with the footer style set, both on desktop and on mobile. There cannot be a different style loaded on mobile, if you don’t use the mobile theme which has a different footer.. You could simply activate the mobile theme and then you will have a different style of your website, displayed on mobile.
You could maybe hide some elements from the existing footer template, and show them on mobile or maybe manage something similar.
